The group's principal activity is to provide non-asset based third party logistics. The operations are reported under two segments: wholesale services and retail services segment. The wholesale segment provides intermodal logistics to marketing companies, automotive intermediaries and international ocean carriers. Intermodal transportation consists of freight movement using two or more modes of transport, usually rail and truck. Retail segment provides trucking services, intermodal marketing, freight consolidation and handling, international freight forwarding and supply chain management. Major customers of the group include ford, general electric, heinz, wal-Mart, conagra, whirlpool, union pacific and sony. The group operates in the United States, Canada, Europe and Mexico.
